You will join as a Golf Shop Assistant that values organisation, leadership and a guest-focused approach.
Supporting the Golf Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the golf shop, delivering excellent service while supporting the team and driving retail performance.

- Support the day-to-day running of the golf shop and retail operations
- Deliver a high level of customer service to members and guests
- Assist in selling products and merchandising
- Support tee time bookings and general golf enquiries
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain high standards of presentation within the golf shop
- Assist with golf events, competitions and member activities Person Specification
- Previous experience in a retail, golf or customer-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised with attention to detail
- Proactive and guest-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
