Working closely with the RISE alternative provision lead to deliver high quality alternative provision in a trauma informed approach. Leading the room to ensure routines and activities are carried out and supporting room staff to carry out the provision. Completing paperwork and talking to parents and carers using a child centred approach, planning activities that meet the needs of the children attending (5–16 years of age). This is a term time role, 8.45 am – 3.30 pm. Using Elsa or other appropriate interventions to support the children and young people attending.
