We are looking for an outstanding teacher with strong, dynamic leadership skills, someone who can both challenge and inspire. You will work alongside our Headteacher and our committed, caring and hardworking team to continue driving school improvement, raising aspirations and securing the best possible outcomes for every pupil. As Deputy Head and SENDCo this is a pivotal role. It will require ambition, resilience and a readiness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. The right candidate will be a role model of the highest calibre: someone who leads with integrity, champions well-being and models the very best of classroom practice.
