Are you passionate about providing high quality, well run residential care settings for children and young people? If so, this is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in setting up and managing small residential home(s) for children, as we seek to expand this service in Monmouthshire.

The role will involve creating a safe, nurturing and enriching environment for Young People/Children. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring that our children have safe homes and access to the best possible education, health and leisure opportunities. You will be instrumental in creating an environment where every child feels valued, supported and empowered.
