Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and strategy to embed enjoyment throughout SGS College.
- Shape and drive a student‑centric culture in all areas of College operations.
- Collaborate closely with the College Leadership Team and other departments to implement enjoyment‑focused initiatives.
- Represent SGS College externally to champion student enjoyment.
Qualifications
- Strong background in customer or student experience, ideally within education or a customer‑focused sector.
- Ability to influence and think strategically at senior level.
- Experience working with large student populations and shaping organizational strategy.
