Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessment for adults who are believed to need an assessment for autism.
- Gather and coordinate information to determine whether a person has a diagnosis of autism, identify relevant traits, and advise on best ways to manage their future.
- Use expertise to educate, advise and consult with the wider workforce and other agencies, improving services for autistic people across multiple communication platforms.
- Deliver workplace workshops across the CWP footprint (Wirral, Cheshire West and Cheshire East).
- Participate in face‑to‑face assessments and follow‑up appointments at our local Autism Hub in Macclesfield, while maintaining a hybrid working arrangement based primarily at Eastway.
