Responsibilities

Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, you will play an integral role in delivering our service priorities. You will demonstrate a track record of compliance alongside delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction through your excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level, you will be HHSRS certified and have experience in HMO and private sector housing compliance and mandatory HMO licensing. Some experience of caravan site licensing would be an advantage.

Requirements

A driving licence is essential for this role. The contractual work location may require you to work from a range of work locations or sites within the Borough and may also require working from home, depending on the needs of the service.
