The Best Connection Newport is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Chepstow.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with the potential for a permanent contract following a successful trial period.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing goods in an ambient warehouse environment
- Using hand‑held scanners to process orders accurately
- Operating LLOPs (Low‑Level Order Pickers)
- Ensuring all orders are picked efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and use warehouse equipment
Offer
- Competitive pay rate of £13.74 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. shifts
- Opportunity for a permanent contract after the trial period
- Contract type: Temp to Perm
- Location: Chepstow
