Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day transport operation, ensuring all routes run efficiently and on schedule
  • Monitor deliveries and collections, identifying and escalating any issues
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customer service departments
  • Accurately update internal systems with delivery, collection, and consignment data
  • Investigate failed deliveries, access issues, and discrepancies
  • Assist with driver briefings and debriefings
