Role Responsibilities:
- Completing a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing and remedial plumbing.
- Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
- Maintain our customer's water log books and complete the necessary documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy.
- Carry out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
- Testing, servicing and maintaining of thermostatic mixing valves and remedial plumbing works where required.
- Carry out clean and disinfections of cooling towers and process water systems.
- Carry out closed system on-site analysis and chemical dosing.
- Complete mains injection works.
What we're looking for:
- Someone with previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment.
- Someone with formal plumbing qualifications (NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent).
- Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.
