Blossom Lodge Day Nursery is seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to lead our Pre‑School Room (ages 3–5). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a warm, friendly, and supportive nursery, where children and staff alike are encouraged to flourish. You’ll be joining a dedicated team, supported by a committed Senior Leadership Team who are passionate about continual professional development and delivering outstanding early years care.
The Role
- Lead and supervise a small team of early years practitioners
- Work closely with the Nursery Manager on the day‑to‑day running of the room
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Deliver high-quality EYFS practice to maximise children’s learning and development
- Support staff development and ensure best practice is consistently maintained
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
About You
- An experienced early years professional with leadership or room‑based experience
- Passionate about early childhood development and school readiness
- Confident managing staff and leading by example
- Organised, caring, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
- A strong communicator and team player
