The Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint an Assistant People Advisor for our growing HR Department.

This role provides proactive support across a range of people-related projects and day-to-day HR activities.

The post-holder will help deliver improvements in people practices while developing their capability in HR advisory work.

They will contribute to enhancing people practices across the Foundation and ensuring projects are aligned with the organisation’s ethos, values, and goals.

The primary focus of the role is to support HR projects, assist with people issues passed on from senior colleagues.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving processes, supporting data-led decision-making, and helping to create a positive and engaging work environment.
