As an Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Cheltenham Hospital team.

You will provide excellent patient care & work closely with Patients, Radiographers, Radiologists, Consultants & all departments across the Nuffield Hospital.

You will have enthusiasm, dedication, commitment and a keen eye for attention to detail to provide and deliver a high quality diagnostic imaging service whist undertaking a wide variety of duties.

• Support the Outpatients department
• Provide a first class customer service
• Attend & book appointments for patients
• Answer face to face and telephone enquiriesTake payments
• Be a part of a dynamic and friendly team

• Have great people skills with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy
• Ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner
• Have good IT and keyboard skills
• Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment
• Have knowledge of medical terminology (Desirable)
