Salary: from £47,468.88 per annum (potential to earn further allowances for AP duties).
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week; 2 days, 2 nights, 12 hour shift with 4 days off.

Responsibilities
- Lead the shift team of Engineers: supervise, mentor, and motivate.
- Coordinate planned preventive maintenance and reactive works, optimising building performance.
- Monitor BMS systems and identify potential issues.
- Respond promptly to client requests and provide exceptional reactive maintenance services.
- Keep accurate records using the CAFM system.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical expertise: NVQ Level 3 Electrical or NVQ 2 Mechanical (or equivalent trade background).
- Previous experience in Facilities Management would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of BMS systems (training will be provided).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and delegating effectively.
- Proactive problem‑solving approach and commitment to innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- National Security Clearance must be held or obtained.

- IOSH Managing Safely or similar.
