An excellent permanent opportunity to join an established company based in Cheltenham. The job will involve administrative support, dealing with legal documents and liaising with professionals within the legal and medical industries such as high-level Psychologists.

The job will involve:

  • Supporting a team of Psychologists with their administration duties concerning medico legal reports.
  • Understanding content of letters from our instructing parties, solicitors or medico legal agencies.
  • Sending appointment letters to clients.
  • Emailing documentation to instructing parties.
  • Prepare and upload the experts’ clinics onto the cloud.
  • Sending report and invoices to solicitors and agencies.
  • Each day complete all correspondence received in the post that day.
  • 24-hour turnaround time for emails.
  • Answer phone calls from clients, solicitors, agencies or experts.
  • To liaise directly with your Team Leaders.
  • To be compliant with data protection laws.
  • Understanding/use of agency online portals.
  • Any other duties to be carried out at the request of the Manager and Assistant Manager.

To apply for this role ideally you will have some office experience, you could be a graduate or someone with little office experience, the main thing is to be bright, have a good personality and the ability to pick things up quickly.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm

Salary: £26,767.16 per annum

20 days holiday plus bank holidays and gifted Christmas close down.
