Responsibilities

  • Support the Conveyancing Department with the opening and set-up of new client files and matters
  • Scan and process incoming residential property post, ensuring accurate allocation to client files
  • Provide administrative support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with firm procedures
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and workflow coordination within the team
