Our client, a well-established franchise-approved motorcycle dealership located in Cheltenham, is seeking a dedicated Motorcycle Aftersales Specialist to join their professional team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with iconic motorcycle brands within a reputable dealership committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Working Hours

  • October to January: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • February to October: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, representing the dealership’s brand professionally
  • Promote and sell motorcycle clothing, accessories and merchandise
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure parts are stored correctly to support workshop efficiency
  • Pre-pick parts for service and workshop jobs to optimise workflow
  • Process payments and invoices accurately for all customer transactions
  • Manage walk-in customers effectively, exceeding their expectations
  • Support the service department with parts and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the motorcycle or automotive sector
  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of achieving targets in aftersales
  • Passionate about motorcycles with a good understanding of brands and products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential if you possess a genuine passion for motorcycles
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
