Chef de Partie required for this popular Dining Pub located in a village close to Stow on the Wold, serving award winning dishes created from all fresh seasonal produce including lots of Fish and Game when in season. This is a busy kitchen, so there isn’t any time for pretty pictures on plates or over technical dishes; the food served is cleverly planned and created to maximise flavours without being over complicated.
Chef de Partie is required to work alongside the Head Chef and the team assisting with the daily prep and cooking during service. We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with experience of Rosette standard cooking who enjoys cooking good food. An organised person that understands the importance of communicating well and building a team.
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stow on the Wold, Cheltenham or Broadway area with their own transport.
