- Bristol At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Checker to work with a leading food production company in Bristol.
This role involves ensuring prepared meals meet strict menu specifications and quality standards, including special and last-minute requests.
Shift Patterns:
- Regular roster of 4 on 4 off shift
- Availability required for 16:00 - 03:30 Pay Rates: - 13.51 GBP hourly Must-have Requirements for Checker:
- Educated to GCSE level
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to undertake a DBS check
- Provision of 5 years of referencing history Desirable Requirements for Checker:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the food industry
- Working knowledge of Basic Hygiene
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, or stores environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good English and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good oral and written communication skills in English Role for Checker:
- Verify prepared meals against menu specifications and special requests
- Ensure correct quantities are ready for uplift
- Complete security checks in line with DFT requirements
- Monitor and report any operational delays
