We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our thriving team at Anglian Home Improvements, a leading provider of home improvement solutions. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support our team in ensuring the smooth running of our local depot. From coordinating installation teams to resolving operational issues, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards, and ensuring each customer has a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main contact point for customers, delivering exceptional customer service by promptly assisting with any queries or concerns.
  • Coordinate installation teams, trades and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and track appointment schedules and installation plans to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and project details related to installations.
  • Resolve operational issues efficiently to minimise disruptions.
  • Process purchase orders and reconcile invoices.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
