Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Employment Business United Avia Logistics)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Shifts: Day shift, 5 days out of 7; 30-40 hours per week. Fully flexible required.
United Avia Logistics is recruiting Cleaning Operatives for a major flight catering provider operating within a busy warehouse environment.
This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across warehouse areas, including offices, welfare facilities, and toilets.
You will play an important part in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and well‑presented working environment for all staff onsite.
The role requires being on your feet for extended periods and carrying out repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning warehouse floors and operational areas
- Maintaining cleanliness in offices and communal areas
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and welfare facilities
- Ensuring all areas are kept tidy and presentable
- Following cleaning schedules and task lists
- Working in line with health & safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
