This office-based role supports the delivery of retrofit and renewable-energy projects by coordinating compliance processes, maintaining project records and helping the organisation meet its accreditation requirements.
Role Overview An opportunity for an experienced Compliance Co-ordinator to join an organisation delivering energy-efficiency, retrofit and property-improvement solutions.
You will support the Compliance Team by maintaining accurate documentation and helping ensure projects meet relevant industry and regulatory standards.
Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will provide administrative and coordination support across the Compliance Team.
You will manage project documentation, maintain compliance records, assist with audits and work closely with operational teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
Important Eligibility Information To be considered for this role, you must have: At least two years' experience in a compliance, quality assurance and coordination role within the construction, retrofit or renewable-energy sectors Working knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS and/or TrustMark requirements and their associated compliance processes Your CV must clearly demonstrate how you meet these essential requirements.

What You'll Do Help ensure ongoing compliance with PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS, TrustMark and associated regulatory requirements Review, validate and maintain project documentation, including PIBIs, retrofit designs, risk assessments, installation records and handover packs Upload and manage documentation across compliance and accreditation platforms, including the TrustMark Data Warehouse, PAS Hub and MCS Hub Maintain accurate records of installer, designer and subcontractor qualifications, accreditations, certifications and competencies Support internal and external audits, including coordinating corrective and preventive actions Work with the Operations Team to ensure compliance processes support wider business requirements Prepare compliance reports, management information and dashboards covering performance and outstanding actions Monitor changes to industry standards, regulations and accreditation requirements Contribute to improvements across compliance processes, documentation and operational standards
Requirements Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines Experience using digital platforms and compliance portals Confidence managing high volumes of documentation and maintaining accurate records Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive and self-motivated approach A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
