Hourly Rate: £12.76. Hours: 20, 30 or 40 hours per week available. Shift: 8am - 6pm, alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and serving of nutritious, home‑cooked meals.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with washing up and general kitchen duties.
  • Work closely with the Chef and care team to meet residents’ dietary needs.
  • Help create a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience for residents.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or catering role (preferred but not essential).
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine interest in supporting older people through quality food service.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
