Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Friendly, approachable and professional at all times as the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
- Lead, plan, organise and deliver a varied and interesting programme of gymnastics activity, motivating and encouraging adults and young people to participate.
- Support planning and implementation of effective pathways that facilitate the retention of gymnasts and development of talent.
- Ensure that sessions are suitably developed to include adults and young people with specific needs where possible.
- Mentor and manage both potential new and existing assistant coaches.
This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) will be carried out.
