About this job
The post holder has line manager responsibility for a group of operational team leaders and their operational teams (Ambulance Care Assistants 1 & 2) across Ambulance Care. You will have responsibility for the delivery of local operational services ensuring that objectives and performance targets are met by monitoring and maintaining standards, ensuring that contractual requirements contained within the local Commissioner Service Level Agreements are met. Together with Trust Policy, Procedures and Quality standards are met, and implement change where necessary.
