About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage gatehouse operations
- Monitor CCTV systems
- Control vehicle and visitor access
- Complete security paperwork and reports
- Carry out reception duties
- Answer telephones and emails
- Maintain security records
- Respond to alarms and incidents
- Complete shift handovers
- Work independently on night shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)
- Previous gatehouse or reception security experience
- Strong administration skills
- Good IT and computer skills
- Experience monitoring CCTV
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work alone and make decisions
- Professional and reliable approach
