- Carry out daily health and safety checks across buildings.

- Perform litter picking and general cleaning.
- Manage rubbish removal and item clearances, including bulky waste.
- Conduct regular fly-tipping inspections and ensure prompt clearance.
- Carry out grounds maintenance, including cutting back vegetation and managing overgrowth in open areas.
- Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly.
