What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting people during weekends, often when they need it most.
  • Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
  • Helping clients start their day or settle in for the evening.
  • Assisting with safe movement and mobility.
  • Preparing light meals and drinks.
  • Providing companionship; sometimes a chat is everything.
  • Supporting independence and daily routines.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Completing short care notes after each visit.

No two visits are the same, but every single one matters.

Pay & Benefits

  • £15.20 per hour.
  • 40p per mile mileage allowance.
  • Enhanced Bank Holiday pay.
  • Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
  • Fully paid training and induction (no experience needed).

  • Funded NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care.
