What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting people during weekends, often when they need it most.
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
- Helping clients start their day or settle in for the evening.
- Assisting with safe movement and mobility.
- Preparing light meals and drinks.
- Providing companionship; sometimes a chat is everything.
- Supporting independence and daily routines.
- Assisting with medication.
- Completing short care notes after each visit.
No two visits are the same, but every single one matters.
Pay & Benefits
- £15.20 per hour.
- 40p per mile mileage allowance.
- Enhanced Bank Holiday pay.
- Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
- Fully paid training and induction (no experience needed).

- Funded NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care.
