About this job Care Manager (Cheltenham & Tewkesbury) – Full time, Permanent. £35,000 per year, with performance‑based targets and opportunities for overtime. Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full time Disability Confident: No Closing Date: 21/06/2026 Key Responsibilities * Lead and support the care team to deliver exceptional home care services. * Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards. * Complete care assessments, reviews, and risk assessments. * Manage staff rotas, supervisions, and ongoing development. * Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of care staff. * Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement. Essential Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the care sector. * NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it). * Strong understanding of CQC regulations and domiciliary care standards. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. * On‑call availability.
