About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated team in delivering outstanding care to our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a welcoming, person-centered care environment in a beautiful location near the Welsh/Shropshire border.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of care staff to ensure high standards of care and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Oversee operational management, including staffing, budgets, and resources.
  • Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting.

  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent) preferred.
