About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated team in delivering outstanding care to our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a welcoming, person-centered care environment in a beautiful location near the Welsh/Shropshire border.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of care staff to ensure high standards of care and support.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Oversee operational management, including staffing, budgets, and resources.
- Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting.
- Strong knowledge of care standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving residents’ lives.
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent) preferred.
