About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated team in delivering outstanding care to our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a welcoming, person-centered care environment in a beautiful location near the Welsh/Shropshire border.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of care staff to ensure high standards of care and support.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Oversee operational management, including staffing, budgets, and resources.
- Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements
