Position: Female Care Coordinator (Domiciliary Care)
Location: Knowsley Branch WA9 3EZ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (On‑call and occasional weekend work required)

Essential Criteria
- Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
- Proven experience in a domiciliary care coordination or senior care role
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of WA9 3EZ
- Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle
- Work‑related car insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexibly, including on‑call duties and weekends
- Willingness to provide emergency hands‑on care when required
- Satisfactory DBS and employment checks
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care packages and manage staff rotas
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, policies, and procedures
- Support care staff through supervision and guidance
