Hinstock Manor has vacancies for Care Assistants, both days and nights. We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life. Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents' lives fulfilled, treating each resident with dignity and respect, and caring for them as if they were their own family.

About the role:

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out include:

  • Helping with washing and dressing
  • Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
  • Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs
  • General housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
  • Supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities

Our care team provides 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift Patterns:

  • Day Shift Contracts: 8am until 8pm, 8am until 2pm, 2pm until 8pm
  • Night Shift Contracts: 8pm until 8am
