Join the UK’s largest repair group in this fantastic opportunity at our new workshop in Cardiff. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will undertake the inspection of damaged vehicles, assessing the extent of the damage, costs of repair and timeframes. You will identify the correct prescribed repair method, prepare, record and maintain electronic and manual estimates, and liaise with insurance companies to obtain repair authority. You will also explain the repair methodology to customers, engineers and technicians.

- Coordinate with insurance companies to secure authority for repairs.
- Communicate repair details to customers, engineers and technicians to ensure understanding.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of repair methodologies, insurer and manufacturer literature and bulletins.
- Experience using Audatex.
- Solid workshop background.
- Full UK driving licence.
