Labourer/ Traffic Marshall – NPORS or CPCS Cardiff

• £16 per hour

• Long‑term project – running until February 2027

Role duties include:

  • Banking plant and deliveries
  • Taking deliveries on site
  • Managing exclusion zones
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Maintaining site signage
  • Clear communication with plant operators and site team

Requirements:

  • Valid NPORS or CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshall ticket

Working Pattern (site operating hours): This project operates on a 12‑day fortnight, as follows:

Week 1

  • Monday: 08:00 – 18:00
  • Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00
  • Friday: 08:00 – 12:00

Week 2

  • Monday: 08:00 – 18:00
  • Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00
  • Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
