About The Role
These roles are available due to internal progression proof of our commitment to growing our people. You’ll join a close-knit, experienced team that takes pride in providing exceptional care and creating a safe, positive home environment.
A Typical Day Might Include:
- Supporting morning routines: personal care, medication, and school prep
- Using the day for training, housekeeping, and record keeping while the young people are at school
- Afternoons full of life: school pick-ups, activities, shared meals, and evening routines
You’ll also take part in:

About You

Whether you’ve worked in care before or are completely new to it, if you bring the right attitude and heart, we’ll give you the skills and support to succeed. Has or is willing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) (“the Level 3 Diploma”); or a qualification which the registered person considers to be equivalent to the Level 3 Diploma.
