Qualified MFL Teacher in Cardiff from 5th June 2023 to the end of the academic year.

Prospero are seeking a fully qualified, passionate and innovative MFL teacher to work in a secondary school in Cardiff.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to teach KS3 and KS4 of varying abilities.
  • The post is to last for around 6 weeks, possibly longer, specifically for a full-time Spanish or French Teacher.
  • The schools have requested someone who has specific experience working in a UK secondary school teaching MFL and who can manage behaviour effectively.

Contract Details:

  • Location: Cardiff, Wales
  • Position: Secondary School Spanish Teacher & French Teacher
  • Classes: KS3/KS4
  • Full time
  • Minimum rate: £172.98 per day
  • Hours: 8:30 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday

Experience, Training and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified teacher with QTS
  • Innovative and creative teaching strategies and lessons
  • Aim to strive towards good and outstanding standards
  • ICT capable with interactive whiteboards etc.

Eligibility:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
