C2 Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Managers to run a busy temporary shop in various locations across the UK, helping raise valuable funds for charities and good causes.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service and getting stuck in.
The Role You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop, working alongside a team of volunteers to maximise sales and create a welcoming experience for customers.
You'll be responsible for: Leading, motivating and supporting the shop team Organising volunteer rotas and shop cover Driving sales and maximising funds raised Delivering excellent customer service Merchandising, deliveries and stock management EPOS, cash handling and banking Keeping the shop well-stocked and looking its best
About You We're looking for someone with previous retail or customer-facing experience who is confident supervising and leading others.
You could currently be a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Retail Supervisor or Team Leader looking for a rewarding seasonal opportunity.
Charity retail or volunteer management experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.
What matters is that you're organised, reliable, great with people and happy to take responsibility.
