Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality interested to work in a fast-paced environment? Our prestigious client operates a Holiday Park and are looking for a talented Restaurant & Bar Manager to join their team.
Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inspiring and motivating restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant and bar management.
- Currently living in the UK with a Valid Skilled Worker Visa.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience in customer service, supervising and hospitality (minimum 4 years overall experience).
- Bar management experience of 1 year (preferred).
- Management experience of 1 year (preferred).
- License/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred).
