Responsibilities
- Manage guests’ reservations, ensuring their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
- Provide details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
- Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
- Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest’s stay.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
- Experience in a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel is desired but not essential.
