About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our Education client in Cardiff. This role is vital in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service to visitors, staff, and the wider community. You will be the first point of contact for all face-to-face and telephone enquiries, providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:

Working Hours: You will work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift pattern:

  • Morning Shift: 08:00 - 13:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 13:00 - 18:00

Flexibility to cover either shift is essential.
