Fel Ymgynghorydd Ymarfer, byddwch yn defnyddio eich arbenigedd ym maes maethu i wella ymarfer a darparu cyngor, eiriolaeth, cyfryngu, hyfforddiant ac ymgynghoriaeth o ansawdd uchel i ofalwyr maeth, gwasanaethau maethu, gweithwyr cymdeithasol a gweithwyr proffesiynol eraill. Gan weithio fel rhan o dîm ymarfer ledled y DU, byddwch yn helpu i sicrhau bod ymarfer maethu yn ystyriol o drawma, yn canolbwyntio ar y plentyn ac yn canolbwyntio ar ddatrysiadau.
