voco St David's Cardiff have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Receptionist to join our Cardiff Bay 5-star hotel. Shift pattern is from 20:00 - 08:00, 4 days ON, 4 Days OFF. You will earn £13.60 per hour, which is equal to £28,288.00 salary.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge handling guest queries and complaints.
- Serve alcohol to guests as required.
- Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage.
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team.
- Must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
