We need Local School Aides (LSAs) in Bridgend starting September 2026. Pay £85.50 p/d.
Requirements
- Experience supporting children in secondary settings.
- Experience with a range of ages.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- High expectations of pupil achievement.
- A positive team player committed to school improvement.
- A caring, patient, and nurturing approach.
- Enhanced DBS check with Children and Adults Barred List clearance.
