We're looking for an Information Coordinator (Document Controller) to join our Construction team based in Wales. Remote working is available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: Full-time, some flexibility on hours available if desired.

As an Information Coordinator (Document Controller), you'll play a vital role in managing project documentation within the Western and Wales region. This position offers the opportunity to work with collaborative teams, ensuring smooth information flow throughout the project lifecycle whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Kier procedures and standards.
  • Validating, checking and curating all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including receipt, classification, verification and distribution.
  • Publishing documents in accordance with project procedures and providing weekly status reports on all documentation.
  • Following up on late documentation from clients and consultants to keep projects on track.
  • Supporting the team with internal document reviews and publishing Kier-produced information to the CDE.
Qualifications:
  • You have experience working within a main contractor environment in construction.
  • You're highly organised, able to manage your own workload and work well under pressure.
  • You enjoy working with systems and proposing innovative ways of working.
  • You have previous experience with an Electronic Document Management System (ideally Viewpoint 4 Projects).
  • You're confident running and presenting reports when required.
