The predicted salary is between 19866 - 24999 Β£ per year.
Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC) Β£24,833 per annum enhancements (pro rata).
Contract: Permanent, part-time. 18.75 hours per week. Shifts will be between 07:00am - 10:00pm, 7 days per week service.
Based: Candidates can select their base to be in either the Cardiff Hospice in Penarth or the Dafen Office in Llanelli.

What we are looking for:
- Working knowledge of windows applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc), Emails and the Internet.
- Experience in a customer care or mediation role, including dealing with complaints in a health setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A commitment to helping patients with complex care needs.
- Ability to solve problems and take proactive action to address issues.
- A desire to help others, work towards targets and develop their skills.
