The predicted salary is between 26276 - 28256 £ per year.
We have 2 full‑time opportunities in Careers Wales Connect (CWC). Full‑time is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The CWC service is open from 9am to 5pm, postholders will be required to cover these opening hours on a rota basis.
Work is digital; successful candidates may work from home but will be assigned an office base and may be required to attend as required by the business.
Welsh language skills: Essential to speak and work through the medium of Welsh. Ability to understand and communicate clearly on everyday and work‑related topics, hold conversations, and explain ideas, experiences and plans with confidence.

Key responsibilities:
- Support and inspire clients to secure the best possible career available for them.
- Provide information and advice to support clients to manage their careers.
- Provide employability support (help with CVs, job‑searching activities, etc.) to those seeking to return to work or to change jobs.
- Help clients achieve sustained positive outcomes (education, training, employment).
Qualifications: Employability Coaches should be educated to Level 3 standard or equivalent, ideally in a related area, or have experience of working at this level. If you do not already have the Level 4 Diploma in Career Information and Advice, we will provide you with the training and support you need to achieve this valuable qualification.
Additional requirements: The successful applicant will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
