At ACT, we’re looking for a Digital Trainer–Assessor who’s enthusiastic about digital learning, motivated by learner success, and ready to turn real‑world digital experience into meaningful training and support. Key Responsibilities

  • Workshop Delivery (3 days per week): Deliver dynamic workshops across Digital Services.
  • Create inclusive learning environments.
  • Mark, provide feedback, maintain individual learning plans.
  • Conduct reviews, support ALN needs.
  • Create and refresh workshop materials.

Quality, Compliance & Learner Journey

  • Meet Welsh Government, Estyn and awarding‑body standards.
  • Record learner progress accurately.
  • Complete WEST, scorecards, induction activities.

The role fits within Digital Services Team reporting to the Route Manager.

  • Experience delivering training or coaching.

Essential Qualifications

  • Assessor qualification (or willingness).
  • Teaching/Coaching/training qualification or similar.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
