Cleaner in Cardiff

Location of Role: Cardiff City Hours of Work: Full time.

Monday to Friday,
9.00 am - 5.30 pm Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour Contract: Temporary, duration 1 month possibly longer Start date: Immediately We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaner to work within a busy student accommodation complex in Cardiff on behalf of our client.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Duties will include:

• Cleaning communal areas, corridors, stairwells and reception areas
• Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms and shared facilities
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
• Ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard for residents and visitors

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is essential
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach
• Understanding of health and safety practices within a cleaning environment
