Personal Assistant

Provide personal assistance to the employer in their home and when visiting the community.

Responsibilities

  • Complete light domestic tasks around the house.
  • Support access to the community.
  • Assist with activities that the employer still enjoys.
  • Provide personal care such as hair and back washing.
  • Support meal preparation.

Working Hours

There are 13.5 hours available each week, comprised of the following schedule:

  • 7 x 45‑minute morning calls around 9 am.
  • 4 x 30‑minute calls Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday around 1 pm.
  • 4 x 30‑minute evening calls Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday around 6 pm.
  • 3 x 45‑minute evening calls Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday around 7 pm.
  • 2 hours for community access.

Compensation & Benefits

£14.70 per hour. Paid wages once every four weeks. 5.6 weeks paid holiday pro rata.
