We are seeking a Business Support Manager to lead and develop a team of approximately 40 Executive Assistants, delivering exceptional support services to senior stakeholders and Partners across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of circa 40 Executive Assistants.
- Manage performance, engagement, absence and development activities.
- Forecast resource requirements and ensuring effective deployment of EAs.
- Build strong relationships with Partners and senior stakeholders.
- Drive service improvements, operational efficiencies and best practice.
- Act as an escalation point for complex stakeholder issues.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and succession planning activities.
- Monitor team utilisation, service delivery metrics and operational performance.
- Support organisational change initiatives and develop a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large teams within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing performance and developing talent.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, confident to influence senior leaders.
- Experience working alongside Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants or business support functions.
- Commercial awareness and strong operational management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
